Repository Policy

The Journal of Shipbuilding and Marine Technology (JSMT) supports the broad dissemination and accessibility of published research. Authors are encouraged to deposit and share their published work in recognized repositories and academic platforms.

Self-Archiving Rights

Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript:

  • The submitted version (preprint)

  • The accepted version (postprint)

  • The final published version (Version of Record)

There is no embargo period.

Permitted Repositories

Authors may archive their articles in:

  • National or subject-based repositories

  • Research networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)

License and Citation Requirement

All articles published in JSMT are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

When archiving or redistributing the article, authors must:
